Forecheckers Hockey

This page is a work-in-progress hub for Forecheckers Hockey, serving as a place to collect my thoughts and materials as development continues.

As of early September 2024, the game is playable, though it still has its fair share of bugs and areas that need refinement. However, an exhibition match can be played from start to finish, and you can check out some sample gameplay in the video provided.

Please note that all graphics are currently placeholders. The plan is to implement 8-directional 3D sprites for the hockey players and simple, low-poly models for the environment. The screenshots and videos available here should give you a general idea of how the game functions and plays.
